Ayenka Holdings is a privately held company in Sri Lanka with diversified interest in the Rubber industry and the fisheries industry, the latter having a presence in Maldives for more than 15 years. This is Ayenkas first venture in the real-estate market outside Sri Lanka. Which is why the partnership with NPH investments is very important. NPH Investments is a company that has been in Maldives for many years with interest in resorts and hotels. The elements, materials and textures such as water, wind, fire and sand, stone, timber figure prominently in thier designs and are used together with the aforementioned space. Light and volume play on the senses of the visual and contact to create sensations and emotions within the user.

NCD Consultants was established in 1997 for the purpose of providing consultancy services in the fields of Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Quantity surveying and Project Management.
